Why do I need to pre-order?

There’s a list of reasons but the top one is that right now we've got all the fabric we need to make a batch of 20 of all our dresses, that's 120 dresses all in, but we're almost out of money. Without knowing people want to buy them, we can't ask our manufacturer to go ahead and make them, since we won't be able to pay for their hard work. Its important that everyone in this process is paid, and paid well. Ideally we'd be ordering batches of 100 or more, which would be much cheaper per dress, and allow us to sell them at a price that is accessible to more people. Sadly we're not there yet, and to get there we need the support of those that can afford it right now.

It might go against common wisdom and our social conditioning to admit all this, as a business that's trying to look professional. but we're not business professionals, we're three idiots trying to work out how to be good adults on a daily basis, just like you. We believe in honesty and transparency, and in the interests of that, we want to be open with you about what’s happening behind the scenes.

What if you don’t get enough pre-orders? 

If we don’t get enough orders to make a batch of one of our designs by the 20th of January 2024, three months after our shop’s launch, everyone who has ordered a dress in that design will be offered a full and complete refund. 

What size will fit me? 

Short is for heights 5’4” (162cm) to 5’10” (178cm) 

and Long is for heights 5’10” (178cm) to 6’4” (192cm) 

Extra small is for 26” (66cm) to 30” (76cm) waist

Small is for 30” (76cm) to 34” (86cm) waist

Medium is for 34” (86cm) - 38” (96cm) waist

Large is for 38” (96cm) -42” (106cm) waist

Extra Large is for 42” (106cm) to 46” (116cm) waist
